Paolo Alessandro Bonazzi 

Partner and Chairman at Namira SGR, an asset management company based in Milan with 22 funds and over €1.4 billion under management.

From June 2023, Financial Controller in the Supervisory Board of ST Microelectronics.

Paolo is also Chairman at Hepilko Group, partner and Chairman at Service Trade Spa and Board Member at NEOCOS and Biotec Fermenti.

He has been Chairman at A2A Illuminazione pubblica (A2A Group) and executive Deputy Chairman at Anfatis spa (INELDEA Group, a Nice based leader in nutraceuticals) and previously Board member at INELDEA as well.

Paolo has 30 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, special situations and private equity. He served as manager for companies and banking groups such as Banca Intesa San Paolo and Banco BPM (formerly Banca Popolare di Novara) and acted as advisor also for Italian Courts. Paolo has held the role of chairman, board member or consultant for many financial and industrial companies, both public and private groups, such as Intek Capital, Ducati Energia, Italgas, Synergo capital. He has been inter alia Lead Independent Director for Cobra Group, listed at Milan stock exchange, chairing the internal control and compensation Committees, and board Member of Probiotical spa, a worldwide leader in research and production of probiotics.

Paolo is married and has four children. After attending a liberal arts high school, he graduated in Law from the University of Turin and did his military service with the Arma dei Carabinieri, then went on to complete postgraduate courses in business administration and corporate finance in Turin, Milan, and London. He is member of the Vatican Foundation Centesimus Annus pro Pontifice, promoting the study and diffusion of the social doctrine of the Catholic Church, and UCID (Unione Cristiana Imprenditori e Dirigenti).
